Led delivery for Strata, a cross platform app (iOS, Android, web) supporting Accenture's executive leadership programs. We provided UX research, design, front end, and mobile development capability, building the client side in React Native and React while maintaining and extending the VueJS CMS. We also advised their backend team on Azure architecture and best practices.

Hospitality

Travelodge's training and compliance platforms weren't delivering for the people who depended on them. Frontline hotel staff and head office teams had limited ways to feed back what was working and what wasn't, and there was no clear path from feedback to action.

What We Delivered

We designed and ran user surveys across frontline and head office staff, then analysed the results to surface the real barriers to effective training. From that research we built a prioritised roadmap and actionable insights, giving Travelodge a clear plan to deliver changes that directly improve team experience, efficiency, and sentiment towards the training platforms.

We also highlighted how the team could use smart workflows to generate training content at scale. For example, uploading a video that is automatically transcribed, then turned into SOPs and summarised reference documents, ensuring accessible and inclusive materials are always available for staff.
